Through the successful implementation of Maintenance and Mobile Manager from JNC we transformed our business in three months from a paper-centric management, resource heavy organisation to a lean, efficient and fully mobile workforce. The system is fully integrated with Sage Accounts and deployed right across all our operations, including Installation, Servicing and Repairs. JNC have provided the company with the resources to improve our reactive reporting enabling us to help our clients, engineers & management team with improved control & ensure costs & works carried out are now available to enable us to update our clients daily. I now believe that we couldn’t manage without this software especially the mobile maintenance side as it has freed up so many issues we had previously with manual PO’s, daywork sheets etc. going forward we hope to integrate all our timesheets, PPM and certificates so that we can use the system available to its full capacity.

I would like to let you know how pleased we are with the construction Manager software which we have been using now for over 3 years. Prior to this keeping a track of applications and retentions was a nightmare. The CM software pulls it all together and keeps the process of costing against contracts so much easier. If fact even easier since we implemented the timesheet module allowing the operatives to enter their time via a mobile phone directly into the .NET system. My main reassurance is the support that is available without the usual hanging on the line pressing multiple choice buttons then listening to music for ever in a day. The patience of the support staff is also a credit to business.

It is very easy to raise reactive jobs as and when they come in with an auto generated number specific to that job. Same with raising quotations for customers – easy to download into a PDF format to forward on. Overall, does what it needs to do and works well.

Mobile manager has helped us improve efficiency, ensuring our technicians get the information they require to carry out the work, and the back office gets the information it requires. This has enabled our customers to get the information they require faster.
