Wildside Ltd Automate their Contract Management alongside Sage Accounts

Wildside Ltd is based in Warwickshire and specialises in land clearance, railway clearance and perimeter fencing.

They have been using Sage 50 for some time and like the usability of Sage. However, they found that they were having to duplicate a lot of information between Sage and spreadsheets. Finding it difficult to track overdue applications and the profitability of each job.

Construction Manager 50 offers software to better assist Sage in the day to day running of the company. Applications and retentions are automatically flagged when overdue. Job Management screens show you job budget, expenditure and profit.

Construction Manager 50 integrated with Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll, is designed on a familiar interface to Sage, which is quick and easy to navigate.

Wildside Ltd also moved forward with our Quotes and Planner modules.

Quotes module allows you to create, build and send a quote to a potential customer. Once the quote has been accepted this is then automatically converted to a customer and contract within Construction Manager 50.

Planner module gives your viability of who is doing what when and where. Planning site workers schedules for all contracts in play. Anti-clash detection prevents double-booking engineers.
