The team at Lenmark have been keeping track of their costs by using Sage 50 and the Sage Job Costing module. Lenmark needed to find a way of modernizing their accounting and job management processes as the Sage Job Costing module is no longer updated and wanted to ensure they remain compliant with HMRC and new legislations such as Making Tax Digital.
Along with taking on Construction Manager to manage their project costings, they also took on Maintenance Manager – our widely-used maintenance management system. The system integrates with the Sage 50 accounting package they are already familiar with.
The software allows you to set up a contract and add your costs to it such as purchase orders for materials, plant and labour.
As the costs on a job build up, the team at Lenmark can now see how each project is performing at any time. Within Construction Manager there is a full suite of reports which give you the opportunity to further analyse in any area you wish.
Lenmark are also responsible for creating and completing snagging lists. Our maintenance management solution, Maintenance Manager, will allow them to manage the creation of these lists, and provide them with more control of labour costs for their on-site employees. The team will now be able to send Job Cards to their engineer’s mobile phones and see the live status of a job.
