Getting Started

Step 1: Contact us today for a no obligation demonstration of our software or a 7-day free trial, this enables you to see exactly how construction specific software could save you time and money and answer any questions you have along the way.

Step 2: Following on from a one-to-one demonstration, we will be able to put together a proposal for you of the products best for you, exact costings and training involved.

Step 3: Once you have signed the sales order the support team will be in contact with you to organise the best time to install the product, this normally takes less than 1 hour.

Step 4: Enjoy learning at your own pace with our collection of videos and personal tutorials within the software. A member of our team will be in touch with you to organise any training and help you start making the most out of your new software.

Connecting to Xero in 3 simple steps

Once you have signed into your Construction Manager cloud software, simply click through to the settings options in the top right corner.

From here you will see the tab for connection settings, within this area click the button to connect to you Xero accounts.

Finally the log in screen for Xero will appear and you will need to sign in and Allow Access for the integration.

Managing your users access rights

Xero Integration FAQ

Go to Setting then Connection Setting and click on Disconnect from Xero.

Payment are processed in Xero and Construction Manager pulls the payment from Xero. So you will carry on process payments in Xero as you currently do.

Access right can be setup so that only certain users can post invoice to Xero in real time. Once invoices are saved and posted to Xero, the Invoice will automatically appear in Xero.

If changes have be made to within Xero such as Contract, Tax Code and Chart of Account you update these with Construction Manager by going to Setting, Connection Setting, and click on Import Xero Data.
